GREAT PLANS

  • What is HiLO?
    HiLO is an all-in-one solution for Small Business Owners where they can manage leads and customers, marketing, review management, and more! You can build websites, forms, surveys, and even integrate your calendars with services inside of one dashboard!
  • How Do I Know If I Need HiLO?
    We generally recommend scheduling a call with us to see if you might benefit from the features! As a rule of thumb, if you're looking to decrease some of the pain points you might be feeling within your business (not enough time in the day, overwhelmed with trying to respond to everyone, losing leads because of lack of follow-thru, missing phone calls) - there's a really good chance we might be a great solution for you!
  • How Long Before I See Results?
    The answer to this requires work from our team, and YOURS! Initially, we figure out where you are truly struggling with your small business and where you could benefit quickly. We will then make recommendations on which features you should launch FIRST so you can start to see small wins faster. The goal will be to automate some of these smaller functions so you can move on to larger portions of your transition to the platform. We have seen users experience results within their very first week, it just depends on how much you buckle down and work WITH us identifying your pain points!
  • If I Use The Webchat, Is It A Real Person?
    Great Question! Initially, it's going to be a bot until someone is connected to you. Our HiLO team is notified the minute a message comes in so we can monitor the conversation and jump right in once you've asked a question!
  • What is Your Cancellation Policy?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time! No contracts! We do HIGHLY recommend that you stay for at least (3) months so the changes that you implement have time to take hold - but we understand if you have to go! Your subscription will end just before your next bill date if you cancel; we use Stripe for billing and you can log right into your Stripe portal OR request to cancel through our team! All cancellation policies are listed in our Terms of Service, so feel free to check that out at any time! . **Please Note - WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS** See our Refund FAQ for more clarification!
  • What Is Your Refund Policy?
    We do not issue refunds once billing has occurred for any given period; exceptions for consumer circumstances are outlined in our Terms of Service, so if you have any questions - please ask! If you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use the platform and everything inside of it until the end of the billing period to make sure all capabilities are available to you and services are rendered completely until no further billing is processed.
  • Do You Offer A Free Trial?
    Yes! Each of our options comes with a free trial - please note that the Basic level is only a (14) day trial, and the other two are full (30) day trials. This is because of the limited features in the Basic tier; if you aren't sure if you can utilize it for a few processes within (2) weeks, it probably isn't right for you.   • What Is Your Most Popular Option?
    Our "Plus" tier is our most popular option! It's a really great entry point into HiLO so you can get accustomed to the basic features and dip your toe into automating portions of your business to save yourself time! We see a portion of Plus users upgrade to the Pro plan once they are comfortable, but many users find happiness staying right there! Start your free trial by click the button below!
  • Ouch! $497 per Month is A LOT!
    We understand! There are a few reasons why that particular package is more expensive - some of them being premium features and it being an all-in solution! If you're looking for something a little lighter on the bank account, we've got our Plus tier, and it's extremely popular! It's all the right tools to help you streamline your business while still maintaining some of your own established processes!
  • Do You Have Specials | Promo Codes?
    Occassionally, we will offer great sales for new and existing users! Be sure to subscribe to our marketing lists if you're interested in one of those offers! We can never guarantee what they will be, but you should always check in to see if something works for you!
  • What Does It Take To Be An Affiliate?
    Great Question! A lot of people confuse affiliates with influencers - and they ARE NOT the same! You don't need a huge online following to be an affiliate, you just need a strong network that is responsive to what you're offering them! Anyone can sign up to be an affiliate, however, if after (3) months you haven't signed up any new accounts, we will deactivate your affiliate account.
  • How Are Affiliates Paid?
    Affiliates are paid electronically via direct deposit! You will sign up for this during your onboarding! Each affiliate is a 1099 Contractor, and will be designated as such for tax purposes.
  • Is There Training to Be An Affiliate?
    Yes! You will have onboarding sessions when you sign up, AND you will have resources to help you along your way! There will be marketing materials for you and pitch decks (if you think you'd like to use them)!
